Ryan Mooney brings over 20 years of experience
At Mooney Tree Services, Owner/Operator Ryan Mooney brings over 20 years of experience in tree services and right-of-way clearing to every project, big or small. Starting in 2004, Ryan began his career in Northern Alberta as a helper on a slash and hazard tree crew working on ATCO electrical system, and by 2006 he became a certified Utility Tree Trimmer (U.T.T.) and Foreman, performing trimming, slashing, hazard tree removals, stump treatment, climbing, and coordinating work with customers and electrical utilities.

Over the years, Ryan has worked throughout Western Canada—including Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories—on residential, commercial, and utility line projects. His extensive experience includes assessing work sites, developing both short- and long-term project plans, supervising teams, and maintaining strong communication with landowners and utility partners. Ryan takes pride in his commitment to safety, high-quality workmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction for both utilities and their customers.
